The majority of our used RV’s along with all of our new RV’s have been approved for coverage with RV Shield Service Contracts.

RV Shield is a bumper to bumper service contract which also includes:

• Incidental damage coverage
• Wear and tear coverage
• Overheating coverage
• Rental reimbursement
• Towing/road service
• Travel expense reimbursement
• Service calls
• 24 hour road side assistance
• Zero deductible if customer returns to issuing dealer for repairs.
  Only a $50.00 deductable if vehicle is serviced anywhere else.

Motor Home Coverage (1-29) Powertrain Only Coverage (1-3)

1. ENGINE: All internally lubricated parts, including: pistons, pins & rings, crankshaft, and main bearings, connecting rods and bearings, camshaft, followers, and cam bearings, valves, push rods, springs, guides, seats & lifters, rocker arms, shafts and bushings, timing gear, chain or belt, tensioners, and retainers, oil pump, eccentric shaft, cylinder barrels, oil pan, intake & exhaust manifolds, engine torque strut, timing cover, engine mounts and cushions, harmonic balancer, valve cover(s), flywheel, flexplate, flywheel ring gear, vacuum pump, dip stick & tube and all pulleys. ENGINE HEAD(S) AND ENGINE BLOCK IF DAMAGED BY THE FAILURE OF AN INTERNALLY LUBRICATED PART. 2. TRANSMISSION: All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case and torque converter, internal linkage, vacuum modulator, mounts, cooler & cooler lines, oil pan, filler tube & dip stick. TRANSMISSION CASE IF DAMAGED BY THE FAILURE OF AN INTERNALLY LUBRICATED PART. 3. DRIVE AXLE (front & rear): All internally lubricated parts contained within the differential housing, transaxle housing and final drive housing, constant velocity joints, universal joints, axle shafts, drive shafts, hub bearings, retainers, and bearing supports. DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING, TRANSAXLE HOUSING, AND FINAL DRIVE HOUSING IF DAMAGED BY THE FAILURE OF AN INTERNALLY LUBRICATED PART. 4. STEERING: All internally lubricated parts of the steering gear box, main and intermediate steering column shaft and couplings, steering pump, rack and pinion, cooler & cooler lines, power cylinder, idler arm(s), pitman arm, drag links, tie rod & tie rod ends, control valve and cylinder, GEAR HOUSING IF DAMAGED BY THE FAILURE OF AN INTERNALLY LUBRICATED PART. 5. SUSPENSION: Upper and lower control arms, shafts and bushings, McPherson struts (excluding replacement cartridges), strut bar & bushings, upper and lower ball joints, steering knuckles, wheel bearings, linkage & bushings, king pins and bushings, spindle supports, torsion bars, coil & leaf springs, leveling system, compressor, lines & bags, rubberized suspension components. 6. FUEL DELIVERY: Fuel pump, metal fuel lines, fuel tanks, fuel distributor, auxiliary tank switch, fuel injection pump and fuel injectors. 7. HEATING/COOLING: Radiator, water pump, including impeller shaft, bearings and bushings, heater core, fan, fan clutch, fan motor and controller module, heater ducts and cabins, coolant recovery unit, fan shroud and electric block heater. 8. AIR CONDITIONING: Compressor, clutch, clutch pulley, clutch coils, condenser, evaporator, POA valve, accumulator, temperature control programmer, power module, idler pulley and bearing, orifice tube, receiverdryer, high/low cutoff switches, blower motor, pressure cycling switch, PC boards & ducts. 9. BRAKE SYSTEM: Master cylinder, power assist booster & pump, combination valves, hydraulic lines & fittings, wheel cylinders, disc calipers, power brake cylinder, backing plates, clips, springs, and retainers, self adjusters, parking brake linkage & cables, and rear actuators. 10. ELECTRONIC HIGH TECH: Fuel injection sensors, control module, electronic ignition module, electronic anti detonation sensors and controllers, electronic driver information display and module, electronic mixer control unit and sensors, electronic anti lock brake system (ABS), relays, PC Boards. 11. ELECTRICAL: Starter, voltage regulator, alternator, distributor, wiring harness, solenoid, manual operated switches, relays, wiper motors, gauges, window motors and controls, power antenna and motor, power door locks, seat motors, cruise control transducer, engagement switch and servo, turn signal switch, dash board clock, dual battery paralleling switch, and back up alarm. 12. CHASSIS FRAME: Metal only. 13. SEALS AND GASKETS.

Coach Only Coverage (14-27)

14. WATER HEATER: Burner assembly tank, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve, heating elements, electronic ignition assembly, switches, wiring harness and PC board. 15. FRESH WATER: Water pump, water tank, compressor, water lines, traps, faucets, fittings and connections. 16. WASTE SYSTEM: Shower, sink(s), toilet, holding tanks, gate valves, fittings and connections. 17. L.P. GAS SYSTEM: Valves and gauges, regulators, mounting brackets, pig tails, gas lines, fittings and connections. 18. AIR CONDITIONING/VENTILATION: Compressor, evaporator, capacitors, relays, thermostat, condenser, accumulator, expansion valve, receiver dryer, blower motor, switches, electronic module, PC boards, ventilation fans, and pressure cycling switch. 19. RANGE AND OVEN: Burner assembly, thermostat, thermocouple, microwave oven, burner valves, power hood and PC board. 20. HEATING SYSTEM: Furnace igniter, thermocouple, burner assembly, thermostat, blower motor, gas valve, PC board. 21. AUXILIARY POWERPLANT/GENERATOR: All internally lubricated parts of the powerplant engine, starter, switches, and generator assembly, power converter/inverter, voltage regulator, gauges, and PC board; (HEAD AND/OR CYLINDER BLOCK IF DAMAGED BY FAILURE OF AN INTERNALLY LUBRICATED PART.) 22. REFRIGERATOR: Thermostat, thermocouple, cooling unit, burner assembly, ignitor, and PC board. 23. SEALS AND GASKETS: All seals, gaskets and sealing boots are covered for all components by this plan. 24. DELUXE COMPONENT PACKAGE: Rear monitor system, ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer (excluding belts and hoses), trash compactor, central vacuum cleaner system, external BBQ, blender, appliances built into counter, electric can opener, kitchen center, if factory installed, or if dealer installed and meets all manufacturer's specifications. 25. SLIDE OUT ROOM(S): Slide out room extension(s), raised roof extension system. 26. LEVELING SYSTEM: Coach leveling jack system. Note: Coverage is only available for systems which are factory installed or factory approved dealer installed. 27. ELECTRIC STEPS: Power step system. Note: Coverage is only available for systems which are factory installed or factory approved dealer installed. 28. DIESEL ENGINE COMPONENT PACKAGE: (IF SURCHARGED) ENGINE: All covered engine parts shown under component group #1 plus fuel injectors (except wear and tear and contamination), fuel heater and fuel injection pump. TURBO CHARGER: All internally lubricated parts within the turbo charging housing. Turbo charging housing is covered if damaged due to the failure of an internally lubricated part. AIR BRAKE: Compressor, diaphragms, treadle, disc caliper, compensating valve and slack adjusters. 29. AUDIOVISUAL (IF SURCHARGED ON USED): TV (27”or less), VCR/VCP, antenna motors, rear stereo system (excluding speakers).

Towable Coverage

1. WASTE SYSTEM: Shower, sink(s), toilet, holding tanks, gate valves, fittings and connections. 2. FRESH WATER SYSTEM: Water pump, water tank, compressor, water lines, traps, faucets, fittings and connections. 3. WATER HEATER: Burner assembly tank, thermostat, thermocouple, gas valve, heating elements, electronic ignition assembly, switches, wiring harness and PC board. 4. AIR CONDITIONING/VENTILATION: Compressor, condenser, capacitors, evaporator, relays, accumulator, expansion valve, receiver-dryer, thermostat, blower motor, switches, electronic module, PC boards, and pressure cycling switch and ventilation fans. 5. HEATING SYSTEM: Furnace igniter, thermocouple, burner assembly, thermostat, blower motor, gas valve, PC board. 6. RANGE AND OVEN: Burner assembly, thermocouple, thermostat, microwave ovens, burner valves, power hood, ignition assembly and PC board. 7. REFRIGERATOR: Thermostat, thermocouple, cooling unit, burner assembly, ignitor, and PC board. 8. SUSPENSION: Wheel bearings, coil and leaf springs, spindles, axle shafts, actuators, rubberized suspension components. 9. CHASSIS FRAME-METAL ONLY: (for pop up campers) all components in the lift crank system. 10. L.P. GAS SYSTEM: Valves and gauges, regulators, mounting brackets, pig tails, gas lines, fittings and connections. 12. BRAKE SYSTEM COMPONENTS: Master cylinder, backing plates and hydraulic or electrical brake actuators. 13. SLIDE OUT ROOM(S): Slide out room extension(s), raised roof extension system. 14. SEALS AND GASKETS. 15. SERVICE CALLS: Not to exceed $75.00. 16. TOWING AND ROAD SERVICE: Not to exceed $200.00. 17. TRAVEL EXPENSE: $150.00/day for up to three (3) days. 18. DELUXE COMPONENTS PACKAGE: Ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer (excluding belts and hoses), central vacuum cleaning system, external BBQ, trash compactor, kitchen center, if factory installed, or if dealer installed and meets all manufacturer’s specifications. 19.
